SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPINGWe currently ship within the USA and always ship complimentary via USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your order. This time frame includes creating, bottling, labeling and preparing for shipping. During special promotions or during the Holiday Season, expect some delay as our small team works to deliver exceptional service to you. We are closed on weekends and Holidays. Once processed, USPS will then typically deliver within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to have them investigate the issue.
Please note, we cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages, we encourage you to have your package delivered to a work address or trusted family member/friend's address to ensure that you securely receive your order.
If your order is returned to us due to either an incorrect address or error on your part, a shipping fee will be charged to reship your order.
RETURNSWe truly want to please our customers and hope you are happy with your purchase. Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order if there is something about your order that is not what you expected. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to make things right. We can help with a one-time exchange with another product or a return. Please contact us at info@ProntoLuxeBeauty.com with your name and order number and any details so we can find a solution that fits your needs. Please note we cannot cover any shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange. Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed.

Other order Issues:
If an item arrives damaged or missing from your package, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package by contacting us at info@ProntoLuxeBeauty.com.
We will gladly issue a one-time replacement for any damaged items (we cannot refund damaged products). Please kindly note that we require photographic proof of the damage. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, including the packaging. You do not need to go through the return process with photographic proof in order to receive a replacement or refund of a missing item.
Our products are 100% natural and handmade to order. As such, please expect that there may be slight variations in color with each batch made. This does not affect the product's quality and is safe to use up to the 12 month shelf life.
